# Getting Started

PinPoint is made to be very easy to use, however it does take some configuration to get running.

Your Account Representative will send you an email of how to get started. This email will include:

* A temporary username
* A temporary password
* A link to a documentation site (which you can sign into using your PinPoint credentials)

Documentation is confidential and won't be published publicly.
